Slash Saber is an endless slashing rush: a first-person katana game where the corridor comes at you and the only way through is a clean cut. Bamboo rushes down a lantern-lit passage across three shifting environments, and you carve it apart with real physics: every stalk splits where your blade lands, tumbling away in pieces while your swing leaves a glowing trail. The twist is the ghost race. Share a room link and every player runs the exact same seeded course while translucent rival katanas hover around you in real time, each tinted its owner's blade color. When a rival is knocked out, their ghost fades. Last blade slicing wins the round. Between runs, build your katana from ten themed sets like Thunder, Flame, Mist, and Serpent, or mix blade, guard, and hilt freely. A global Top Slashers leaderboard tracks the twenty best scores, and Rush mode packs the bamboo tighter for players who want the corridor to fight back. Built with Three.js, playable with a mouse or a finger, over in minutes, restarted immediately.
How to play Slash Saber — Multiplayer Katana Ghost Race
Your blade follows your hand. Move the mouse to swing, and the direction you move is the direction you cut. On mobile, drag your finger across the screen.
Surviving the corridor:
- You are carried forward automatically and the pace keeps climbing. There is no dodging and no jumping. Every obstacle must be cut.
- Watch for guarded bamboo: some stalks only accept a cut from one direction, marked top, bottom, left, or right. Slice from the wrong side and sparks fly, and it counts as a hit.
- You have 3 lives, shown as diamonds. Any obstacle that reaches you takes one. Lose all three and the run ends.
Scoring:
- Distance feeds your score constantly, and each slice adds points multiplied by swing speed, so lazy cuts pay less than fast ones.
- Multi-cut combos on a single obstacle stack a bonus.
- Rush mode spaces the bamboo much closer and pays a higher multiplier. High risk, high yield.
Ghost racing:
- Everyone in a room races an identical randomly generated course, so scores are directly comparable.
- Press Enter game to ready up. The round starts when all players are ready, or 15 seconds after the first one is.
- Rivals appear as translucent ghost swords beside you. Knocked out players spectate until the round ends, and the top score takes the win.
- Escape or Space pauses solo play. Sensitivity, cursor, and graphics options live in the menu.
